The term "pinhooking" is best described as the purchase of a Yearling and the training and development of that horse for resale as a 2YO in training.
Investment in Yearlings for resale as 2 year olds can be rewarding in a number of ways. We structure joint ventures and partnerships in which an investor owns a percentage of a horse thereby reducing their risk and increasing their involvement in the lucrative 2YO sales.
